Unfortunately, DMV California does not provide a proper map for its locations. This is what you get:

I worked for all of you and gathered list of all, gathered their locations and prepared this accurate actual map for your use. Hopefully I will be able to provide you with their earliest appointment date as well.

Tableau Dashboard for California DMV Locations

The map on the dashboard provides full list of DMV locations in California. And it allows you to enter your locations as latitude and longitude to check distance (bird-eye distance in miles) and filter. Hyperlinks on the points provide pop-up browser window for the locations as well as directions from the given point.
